What are press-on nails?

Press-on nails are pre-designed artificial nails that can be applied at home without the need for a salon visit. Our premium press-on nails are crafted with high-quality materials for a salon-quality finish that lasts.

How long do Tippzi press-on nails last?

With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last 1-2 weeks. Using nail glue (recommended) provides the longest wear, while adhesive tabs offer a temporary option that lasts 2-5 days.

Are your nails reusable?

Yes! When applied with adhesive tabs and removed carefully, our press-on nails can be reused multiple times. Simply clean them gently and store them in their original packaging.

Will press-on nails damage my natural nails?

No! Unlike acrylics or gel manicures, press-on nails don't require drilling, harsh filing, or damaging chemicals. When applied and removed correctly, they're actually gentler on your natural nails and allow them to stay healthy and strong.

Application & Removal

How do I apply press-on nails?

Step 1: Prep your natural nails - push back cuticles, file nails short, and buff the surface
Step 2: Clean nails with alcohol wipe and let dry completely
Step 3: Select the correct size for each nail
Step 4: Apply glue or adhesive tab
Step 5: Press firmly for 30 seconds and avoid water for 2 hours

How do I remove press-on nails safely?

Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Gently lift from the sides - never force or pull. For glue application, you may need to soak longer or use acetone-based remover.

What's included in each set?

Each Tippzi Nails set includes:
• 32 press-on nails in 16 different sizes (2 of each size)
• Nail file
• Cuticle stick
• Alcohol prep pad
• Adhesive tabs or nail glue (depending on the set)
• Picture guide card with application instructions

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my nail size?

Each set includes 32 nails in 16 different sizes (ranging from 3mm to 18mm). Measure the widest part of your nail bed and match it to the press-on nail. The nail should cover your entire nail bed without touching the skin on the sides.

What if the nails don't fit perfectly?

You can gently file the sides or tips of the press-on nails to customize the fit. Always file in one direction to prevent splitting. With 16 different sizes, you'll find the perfect fit for every finger!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia with plans to expand internationally. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes:
• WA Metro: 2-4 business days
• WA Regional: 3-7 business days
• Eastern States: 3-7 business days
• SA & TAS: 4-8 business days
• NT: 5-10 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 AUD within Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened nail sets.

Can I exchange for a different design?

Yes! Unopened sets can be exchanged within 30 days. Please contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll provide return instructions.

What if I receive a faulty product?

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) immediately.

How do I make my press-on nails last longer?

• Avoid prolonged water exposure in the first 2 hours after application
• Wear gloves when doing dishes or cleaning
• Apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails and cuticles healthy
• Avoid using your nails as tools
• Touch up with extra glue if edges start to lift

Can I paint or customize Tippzi nails?

Absolutely! Our nails can be painted, filed, and customized with nail art, gems, or stickers. Let your creativity shine!

Are your nails safe for natural nails?

Yes! When applied and removed correctly, press-on nails are gentler on natural nails than acrylics or gel manicures. They allow your natural nails to breathe and grow without damage from drilling or harsh chemicals.

Can I shower or swim with press-on nails?

Yes, but avoid water for the first 2 hours after application to let the adhesive fully cure. After that, you can shower normally. For swimming, we recommend using nail glue instead of adhesive tabs for better water resistance.
